How much does the Highlight Health Access plan cost?

What type of virtual doctors are provided with the Highlight Health Access plan?
Highlight Health has contracted with one of the country’s most reputable providers of virtual medicine, providing nationwide virtual service. The Highlight Health Access plan includes $0 virtual doctor visits, ensuring that members have access to care when they need it most.
Does the Highlight Health Access plan offer prescription drug coverage?
Yes. The Highlight Health Access plan prescription drug program includes an acute & chronic formulary, a discount card for medications outside of the formulary, and PAP programs for specialty medications
Does the Highlight Health Access plan include mental health counseling?
Yes. The Highlight Health Access plan covers certain mental health needs (limitations apply). Mental health services include unlimited counseling visits, crisis resources, and a platform of curated content, all of which is provided under the same simple and inexpensive pricing for the plan.
How does the Highlight Health Access program work and what is included?
Customers of the Highlight Health Access plan can contact Highlight Health when they need medical care. They will be assigned an Advocate who will advise them on an appropriate medical provider who can provide care at the best possible price based upon a number of applicable factors and programs, and the customer’s own situation and circumstances. In addition, upon request the Highlight Health Advocate can review and analyze healthcare bills to obtain the lowest possible cost.
Can Highlight Health help people on Medicaid or Medicare?
Unfortunately, we cannot help people on Medicaid or Medicare.
Can the Highlight Health Access plan help employees who are covered by insurance?
Yes we encourage employers to contact us to discuss this. Highlight Health can provide concierge advocacy support and advice on selecting the appropriate healthcare provider/hospital for your employees and can also review and analyze healthcare bills to obtain the lowest possible cost.
Where does Highlight Health work?
The Highlight Health Access plan has nationwide coverage, including for virtual doctor visits, retail & mail order prescription drugs, and mental health counseling (some geographic limitations may apply to in-person treatment).
What hospitals can customers of the Highlight Health Access plan use?
Highlight Health’s Access plan includes an analysis of the majority of hospitals nationwide. Highlight Health Advocates can help customers navigate the system and determine where it is appropriate to go for care based upon an analysis of information provided by the customer. Customers can also request a “personalized hospital directory” inside their app by completing a few simple questions.
Does the Highlight Health Access plan offer in-person care?
The in-person care included in the Highlight Health Access plan is limited and covers more complex or specialized needs. Customers are encouraged to utilize Highlight Health Advocates to help them navigate, schedule, and pay for needed care.
Are there high deductibles or any deductibles?
No. The Highlight Health Access plan is not insurance, and has no deductibles. We offer transparent low cost pricing, simple to understand plans, and helpful Advocates.
