The Process
When your dedicated Highlight Health Specialist reaches out to you, they will have already reviewed your hospital’s policy.
- To start, your Specialist will ask you a few questions to confirm you qualify for the FAP they have identified.
- Next, if you do qualify, your Specialist will help you fill out an application for the hospital as well as letting you know if any supporting documentation is needed.
- Once that is completed, your specialist will send all the paperwork to the hospital and periodically follow up with them to make sure the application is approved and discounts are applied properly.
